Physical Therapy

Our pediatric physical therapists help children move, play, and participate fully in daily life โ€” from a baby learning to sit, to a teen recovering from a sports injury.

We work on gross motor skills, balance, coordination, strength, and mobility. Our therapists are trained to treat neurological, genetic, and orthopedic conditions and help each child become as independent as possible at home, school, and in the community.

Signs your child may benefit from Physical Therapy:

  • Not meeting milestones (sitting, standing, walking)
  • Difficulty going up/down stairs
  • Trouble throwing, catching, or jumping
  • Poor balance or coordination
  • Muscle weakness or poor posture
  • Pedaling a bike
  • Falling behind peers in sports or gym class
  • Recovery from injury or surgery
Teen Athletes & Sports Injuries: We specialize in post-surgical rehab, ACL recovery, concussion management, and return-to-sport programs for active kids and teens.

Occupational Therapy

Our occupational therapists help children gain independence in the everyday tasks that matter โ€” getting dressed, writing, using utensils, and navigating the world around them.

OT goes beyond motor skills to look at how a child responds to their environment. We evaluate and treat sensory processing difficulties, unintegrated reflexes, and the fine motor challenges that affect success at school and home.

Signs your child may benefit from Occupational Therapy:

  • Difficulty with fine motor skills
  • Poor hand-eye coordination
  • Sensory sensitivities or seeking behaviors
  • Trouble with self-care (dressing, buttons, zippers)
  • Handwriting difficulties
  • Attention, memory, or problem-solving struggles
  • Social interaction challenges
  • Limited or rigid play skills

Speech Therapy

Our speech-language pathologists help children find their voice โ€” whether that's first words, clearer speech, or confident conversation.

We work with children who have difficulty with speech sounds, language development, social communication, fluency, and cognitive-communication skills. Clear communication affects everything โ€” friendships, classroom success, and self-confidence.

Signs your child may benefit from Speech Therapy:

  • Limited vocabulary for their age
  • Difficulty producing speech sounds clearly
  • Stuttering or bumpy/choppy speech
  • Trouble understanding directions
  • Difficulty using words for different purposes
  • Social communication challenges
  • Literacy or reading difficulties
  • AAC device support needs
