Meet the Team
Experienced pediatric therapists dedicated to your child's success
Every child who walks through our door deserves a therapist who knows their name, understands their story, and genuinely celebrates their wins. Meet the people who make that happen.
Becky Allen
With over 20 years of experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Becky has dedicated her career to helping kids grow stronger and more independent. After years of treating patients of all ages and working with everything from orthopedic injuries to neurological and genetic conditions, Becky realized something was missing — a truly team-based, family-centered approach to therapy. So in April 2020, she created BeKids PT to be just that: a buzzing hive of collaborative care designed especially for little ones.
When she's not in the clinic, Becky enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, squeezing in a workout, or dreaming up ways to make therapy more fun and effective for families.
Tori Bradley
Tori earned her Master's in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Akron and has been helping voices grow ever since! She has a special passion for working with kids on language and articulation, and loves turning therapy into a playful, confidence-building experience.
Outside the clinic, you'll find Tori soaking up time with her husband and two daughters, digging in the garden, or enjoying a peaceful walk.
Lyndsay Price
Lyndsay earned her Master's in Occupational Therapy from Walsh University and brings a fresh, energetic perspective to the world of pediatrics. She's especially passionate about supporting kids with intellectual disabilities — a passion sparked through her volunteer work with Special Olympics.
When she's not helping little ones build skills and confidence, you'll find Lyndsay hanging out with her pet bunny or getting in a good workout.
Paula Starcher
Paula is a recent grad who jumped right into doing what she loves most — helping kids thrive! She has TOTS specialty training and a special passion for infant feeding. Her favorite part of the job is watching her little clients hit their milestones while supporting the families.
When she's not in the clinic, Paula is busy with her husband, their energetic twin boys, and two golden retrievers. She's also a proud Dallas Cowboys fan — which means she's no stranger to patience and celebrating progress one win at a time (on the field and in the clinic).
Samantha Papay
Samantha earned her Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from Stark State College in 2013 and has been working in pediatrics since 2014 — in both school and outpatient settings. Working with kids has been her lifelong dream, and it shows in everything she does.
Recently married in October 2024, Sam spends her time outside the clinic at home with her husband, two boys, two cats, a hamster, and a tortoise!
